Please join us as we help at the Women of Aviation Worldwide Week, an event that introduces young girls and women to the flight industry. Event participants get a free helicopter ride! We will help from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at the Northern Colorado Regional Airport, 4824 Earhart Road, Loveland. All volunteers will get a t-shirt and lunch. Women Of Aviation Worldwide Week is a global outreach initiative that takes place annually during the week of March 8, anniversary date of the world’s first female pilot license since 1910 and International Women’s Day since 1914. The week aims to raise awareness of aviation opportunities among girls of all ages while celebrating the accomplishments of past and present women of aviation.

Volunteers will mainly be assisting with check-in of participants. Roughly 100-150 women per day will be participating in the event.
