How to Join League Website Header

Are you interested in joining the Junior League of Fort Collins (JLFC)? Do you want to connect with like-minded women, build professional and personal skills, and give back to the community?

JLFC is open to all women 21+ and live in northern Colorado. Members are committed to volunteerism, community service, and developing leadership skills.

If you are interested in joining or would like to talk with a member about the Junior League experience, please contact newmember@jlfortcollins.org

What to Expect as a Provisional (NEW) Member

As a new member, you will gain a strong foundation of knowledge about the Junior League of Fort Collins and our mission to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. The provisional year is designed for new members to bond, collaborate with community partners, and develop leadership skills.

The goal is for you to end your first year empowered with knowledge, inspired by our legacy, and motivated to positively impact our community.

As a new member, you will:

  • Attend one new member session
  • Pay prorated annual League dues
  • Attend monthly General Member Meetings (first Tuesday of each month)
  • Participate in Career Closet training and work shifts
  • Serve on a JLFC committee
  • Volunteer to serve at one of our major fundraisers (Women’s Conference or Garden Tour)

Ready to learn more? Attend a prospective/new member session.

The Prospective/New Member session is an informational session designed to give you more information about JLFC. It’s an opportunity to meet current members and ask any questions you might have before joining or as part of your new member requirement.

Upcoming Prospective/New Member Session Dates:

  • January 18th, 2024 – 6–8 p.m.
  • April 3rd, 2024 – 6–8 p.m.

If you’re ready to get started, email newmember@jlfortcollins.org to RSVP for an upcoming Prospective/New Member session.
