Fund Development – Junior League Garden Tour

Fund Development – Junior League Garden Tour

Garden Tour is the Junior League of Fort Collins’ signature fundraiser, attracting hundreds of attendees annually.  Located in Fort Collins, the annual Tour takes participants through beautiful landscapes while educating both experienced and aspiring gardeners about the plants and flowers that make a garden become a true living space.

Junior League of Fort Collins Garden Tour 2021
Saturday, June 26, 2021 | 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. | Le Jardin Neighborhood

After making the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 event, we look forward to hosting our 38th annual Garden Tour presented by Fort Collins Nursery.  We will be working closely with local officials to ensure the safety of the event.

To ensure the safety of our homeowners, volunteers and community members, we will be making the following adjustments to our traditional event:
  • Tickets will be purchased online only and booklets will be distributed at the Tour to reduce handling.
  • Participants will be required to wear masks while touring gardens.
  • The event will feature a clear entrance and exit point with one-way traffic flow wherever possible.
  • There will not be a VIP experience.
  • There will not be rhubarb punch.
  • While sponsor booths will still be set up in various locations, there will not be any food trucks, live music or any other elements that would encourage crowding.
We hope that you’ll plan to join us to be inspired and enjoy a beautiful day in support of the Junior League of Fort Collins.  This event is more important now than ever before.  More and more information is coming to light about how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting women disproportionately.
  • In September, 865,000 women over 20 dropped out of the American workforce compared with 216,000 men.
  • One in four women are considering downshifting their careers or leaving the workforce entirely because of the impact of COVID-19.

Because of this, we know that our Career Closet will be a vital resource in the months to come as our community recovers from this crisis.
